To begin with, Art’emi sprl has its Shelyah jewelry shipped and delivered worldwide by ‘BPOST Belgique’ that provides you a tracking system of your package. BPOST sends you the reference of your package when it is shipped, so you can track your package online on BPOST’s website: https://track.bpost.be/btr/web/#/home. Moreover, it is possible to have your package delivered on Saturday. All you need to do is notify it on the BPOST estimate. Finally, take notice that a signature is required for the delivery.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to dates, duties, customs and additional charges. Payment shall be at the recipient’s expense.
Handling times are for information purposes. Art’emi Fine Jewelry cannot be taken responsible for delays, loss of ordered goods or postal or transport strike. In these cases, the user must take steps with the postal services or the carrier.
What to do in case of damaged package or faulty order?
If the package is damaged
If you notice an irregularity due to transportation, notify it right away on the transportation document or within 3 days maximum (public holiday included) following the delivery (postmark serving as proof). Send a copy of the statement to art’emi sprl by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, and by e-mail at contact@shelyah.com on the same timeframe.
If the order is not compliant or has an anomaly
Any problem regarding the delivered items (damaged items, missing items, broken item, faulty item…) must be notified within 3 days (public holiday included) after delivery (postmark serving as proof). We do not accept any complaint after this time period. Please return the article and express all the reserves or complaints relating to the nonconformity or the defect of the article(s) by e-mail to info@artemi.be and by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to:

Return policy
Withdrawal period
Each buyer living in Belgium or in the European Union has the right to withdraw their purchase within 14 business days following the order delivery. The buyer thus has 14 days to send the product back, to exchange or get a refund without penalty, except for return costs. The involved buyer has to attach a copy of their order or receipt. Finally, the buyer receives their refund within 30 days. However, this right to withdrawal is not applicable to the sale of customized and engraved products.
How to return or exchange an art’emi creation?
Customized creations: any item personalized at your request (setting, engraved diamond…) cannot be refunded nor exchanged once the payment is processed.
Creations under special offers: Items under promotional offers can neither be taken back nor exchanged. To avoid any disappointment or discontent, do not hesitate to get information from our customer service (contact@shelyah.com).
We accept returns, exchanges and refunds only on the following condition: our specialists certify that the product is the same as the one that was shipped. It must not have undergone damage, alteration, or procedure.
The buyer must return the product in its original packaging (original certificate, packaging, box, leaflet…), in perfect condition and attached with a copy of the original receipt.
Besides, if a buyer exercises the right to return the item, and if the latter fills the conditions above, the return costs are at our expense. Yet, the return of the item is at the buyer’s own risk and the item must not have been used by the buyer.

How to exchange your art’emi products?
First of all, in case of exchange, please return your previous order following the indications above. If the new order is more expensive than the one you wish to exchange, the buyer must attach to the exchange request of the remainder. On the contrary, if the price of the new order is less than the price of the initial one, the buyer will receive a refund of the amount of overpayment.
