Shipping price to Belgium and abroad
Delivery is free throughout Belgium.
For any order shipped to country other than Belgium, delivery is still free, wherever you are in the world. Customs duties, other local taxes, import duties or state taxes are likely to be charged. These duties and amounts are out of our hands and are not our responsibility. There are integrally at your expense and under your responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments.
Invoice
You are sent an invoice of your order as soon as it is shipped. It is also available on your online client account. Besides, you can also ask for it by phone or email.
Payment currencies
The prices of our products are in euros, all taxes included.
Price change
Shelyah reserves the right to change its prices at every moment and without notice according to the Article 1.3. The products that have already been ordered will be charged on the basis of the rates in force at the time of registration of the order.
Prices displayed in the cart
The products placed in your carte will always reflect the most recent price displace on the description of the product. Placing a product in your cart does not ensure that its price will stay the same as the original. However, it is possible that the price of the product you have chosen is lower at the time of the payment than when you selected it.
Potential error
The information, especially the prices displayed on the website, can be subject to errors because of system dysfunctions. Of course, we do everything we can to avoid this kind of mistakes. Yet, they can still occur. If the price displayed is lower than the real price of the product, we will contact you either to cancel the order, either to give you other instructions. We are sorry for the inconvenience; do not hesitate to contact us should you have any question regarding this subject.
Non-negotiable prices
The prices of our products are non-negotiable. Indeed, the brand strives to set the fairest prices possible. The final price of our creations is the result of quality handcrafting and has to be compatible with the price of raw materials like the metals and stones.
Orders payments
You can pay for your orders:
- By credit card with Mollie (Bancontact, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Carte Bleue…): the amount of your order is debited within 24 hours. The date of registration of the order is the one of the online payment.
- By PayPal: the amount of your order is thus debited right away. The date of registration of the order is the one of the online payment.
- By bank transfer: you must make the required transfer, so it appears within 7 (seven) days, so the order is registered. The date of registration of the order is the one on which the Shelyah account receives the funds.
